First you need to get an idea on the kind of channel you wanna create like if you wanna create a channel on technology don’t go making video on anything first find an specific topic in that category like iPhones or home appliances or technology related news so you have a specified audience you knew who you targeting .

And their is only a very few topics for which social media is helpful like comedy but for most topic video it’s just a distraction in your starting days of your YouTube channel you don’t want any distraction .

And all social networking sites work in different methods to increase your followers but if you try to increase your followers on social sites like facebook or Twitter your time on youtube will decrease and that is also gonna take a lot of time to get some decent amount of followers .

Well in the above point I had said that you should not distract on social sites but if you think that you have a really good fan following on your FB or Twitter account before your channel then you can try to increase your view from their too.

But then which is the best sites to do so and by my experience the best is one is nor Facebook nor FB but it is Pinterest which make me get most view from any outside site but yeah I do post video link on Twitter and FB but just that and don’t try to promote video their better to work on Pinterest with good video thumbnail and link posted on Pinterest . Pinterest in a way is like a search engine still in its making and their are many keywords still untaped which you could make a video on and explore the unexplored treasure cave .

But. Yeah you will have to give some time on Pinterest also just pinning some pins once a day and at least 20 pin a day and not only your own but from all the post so that Pinterest all starts to trust you to show your pins to a large audience .

Well, you will be thinking of course you are making title which they will search but think twice when you get the thing you wanna search in form of a question or in form of an answer.

Let me explain if wanna know about how does a car work which keyword is best “car work” or “how does a car work” the latter one cause the second one is what came to the minds of human and that is what people will search and it’s necessary you make the title in a way which will make it known to them .

8 . Do your keywords research from the right places

Well the tubebuddy and vidiq plugin which I had said good for the research but you could use some more work by doing the same research on Pinterest ,Reddit and Google search suggested video as well.

You could get the idea on the topic you could make the video on. It is very easy to get views if chosen topic is something which people are actually looking for there are still many topics on which no one has made any video .

You can be part of the anime community if you channel is based on animes like my channel and also join conversation and discussion in the community cause that provide you with a lot of ideas on which your new video could be made. When people like your content they share your content.

You can also post your link to those forums if you write good content in there which are helpful to them which in turn will be helpful to you.

Know the trends of your niche

This is a must if you want your channel to grow really fast is to make video on trending but not on any trending but trending topics in your own personal niche like if your channel on anime know about any latest anime releases, which new manga is coming or which famous manga is gonna become an anime which not many people are making video on so a highly search term with low competition and being first to make video you can be more authoritative than your competitors.

For example one of my video by the name of sabhi saves his family is on the top of the search term sanji saves his family which is very highly searched and with lot of competition but I had uploaded it the time when it was so competitive so I came to be very useful since it was uploaded on right time and earlier than anyone else,which still gives me more than 5000 views per month .

11 . Does you need your YouTube videos to be advertised

Well YouTube provide you the facility to pay to get your video be advertised and shown as and on other people channel to get views and you only have to pay for those videos if someone actually see them .

But is it better to have your channel advertised by YouTube or let it acquire subscribers and viewers on its own. So the answer is no the paid advertising are not worth cause it is seen that when anyone sees that the video is a ad most people don’t click on it and if anyone does then they just skip it after 5 sec cause they were looking for other video not yours.

You should never make a clickbait title or thumbnail a clickbait make sure you give your viewers what you show on thumbnail cause you don’t want them to come over to your channel and never to came back and it also not good for your SEO and this is something that google, youtube board don’t like to see on the platform like clickbait .

It’s not wrong to make attractive title and thumbnail but they should have the particulars you are showing in your on video .

How to make a good but not a clickbait thumbnail

If your nail is relating to some kinds of topics where you can show your own channel with high resolution and pictures with a lot of your expression and your hand’s movement then that will be regarded as a very good thumbnail.

Thumbnail with an image of yourself is also good for your brand value cause your image sells yourself and make people to buy you .

If you can’t have you face in video then have some dark shades with white contrast it’s make video more attractive and make the viewer want to click the video and the thing you just need to worry now is your content in video.

Before making any video you should prepare 5 video thumbnail before hand so you can use the best one.

Does it worth aiming for making money on YouTube

Well if you came on YouTube just with the goal of making money here then you should stop that way of thinking cause that is not good for a good relationship with your viewers cause if money is in your brain then it mean your viewers are not your main goal.

I’m not saying that having the mindset that you could make money on YouTube is wrong but having only this goal is completely wrong .

As I had told earlier above your main goal should be helping your viewers by providing them useful information or by entertaining and if money comes while you do that then there is no problem.

If your viewers like your content they will be loving to pay you to make more of such content like they could become your patreons they could also buy from your associates links and you will be making money while doing things for your viewers not for yourself.

Then their is also the new monetisation rule of YouTube that you need to have a 1000 subscribe and 4000 hour watchtime before you could monetize your video so their will be a time from a month to a year until you can actually monetise your channel so that is a good time to actually make video for viewers not money.

And if you seen that all companies has a customer care section and that is not to make money but to help its customers and if they do that work correctly they make more profit from making there customer happy.
